Terms of Service

These terms describe the general rules governing access to and use of Strabora.

Last updated: October 12, 2026

01

Using Strabora

Strabora provides an AI-assisted marketing and PR workspace for authorized business users. By accessing the service, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

If you use Strabora on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.

02

Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials and for activity carried out through your account.

You must provide information that is reasonably accurate and keep important account information current.

Do not share credentials, bypass access controls or attempt to access another organization's workspace.

03

Workspace content

You remain responsible for content, data, instructions and materials submitted to Strabora through your workspace.

You must have the necessary rights and permissions to provide that information to Strabora and to request processing of it.

04

AI-assisted services

Strabora may use AI providers to perform requested AI-assisted operations. AI outputs may contain errors, omissions or unsuitable recommendations.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or distributing them.

Strabora is designed around human approval and does not represent that AI-generated material is automatically suitable for publication, legal compliance, factual accuracy or any particular business result.

05

Prohibited conduct

You may not use Strabora to violate applicable law, infringe rights, compromise security, distribute malicious material, impersonate others, circumvent access controls or abuse the service.

Additional rules are described in the Acceptable Use Policy.

06

Third-party services

Strabora may depend on third-party infrastructure and service providers. Their services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Third-party integrations enabled by a workspace may require separate authorization and may process information according to their applicable terms.

07

Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or that every feature will remain unchanged.

Maintenance, security events, provider outages and other circumstances may temporarily affect availability.

08

Intellectual property

Strabora and its underlying software, interfaces, branding and technology are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.

These terms do not transfer ownership of Strabora's underlying technology to you.

09

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, security, legal rights or applicable requirements.

You may stop using the service and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable account controls.

10

Disclaimers

Strabora provides AI-assisted software and does not guarantee a particular marketing, PR, revenue, customer-acquisition or business outcome.

Strabora does not provide legal, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice.

11

Changes

We may update these terms as the service, legal requirements or operating model changes. The current version will display its update date.
