AI-assisted functionality
Strabora uses AI to assist with requested research, strategy, content, PR, marketing and support workflows.
AI functionality is intended to assist users and does not replace human judgment or organizational responsibility.
Information processed by AI
Depending on the operation requested, Strabora may provide an authorized AI provider with relevant prompts, workspace information, brand context, research context, strategy context, content context or support conversation information.
The information processed depends on the capability being used and the context required to perform the requested operation.
AI outputs
AI-generated information may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, inappropriate or inconsistent with the user's intended result.
Users must review AI-generated material before publishing it, communicating it externally or relying upon it for consequential decisions.
Human control
Strabora is designed around human oversight for consequential operations.
AI-generated drafts are not automatically equivalent to authorization, approval or execution. Where an operation requires human approval, that approval remains a separate control.
Restricted AI actions
Strabora AI is not authorized to independently perform prohibited or consequential activities such as changing ownership or permissions, spending money, publishing externally, changing billing arrangements or modifying production infrastructure unless an explicitly designed and authorized workflow permits the action.
User responsibilities
Users must not provide information to Strabora that they are not authorized to process.
Users should avoid submitting passwords, authentication codes, private keys, API secrets or unnecessary sensitive personal data to AI prompts or support messages.
Third-party AI providers
AI processing may involve authorized third-party providers. Their processing may be subject to provider-specific terms, privacy documentation and contractual arrangements.
The Privacy Policy explains Strabora's general approach to AI processing and third-party sharing.
No professional advice
AI-generated information from Strabora is not legal, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice.
Changes to AI functionality
AI models, providers and capabilities may change as Strabora develops. Material changes may result in updated documentation or additional notices where required.
